Some general guidelines for submission:

• Artwork must be original and executed on the wood panels included in the packet.
• Height/Width/Depth of each piece cannot exceed the 6x6x2" box we provide for shipping & transport.
• Each panel must also be able to support its weight on the bottom edge for display purposes.
• Acceptable: mounted drawings, limited edition prints (i.e. serigraphs, etchings, etc), video stills, paintings, sculpture, photographs.
• Unacceptable: Giclees, laser prints, inkjet prints or other exact reproductions of originals.

Please do not submit excessively fragile artwork which cannot withstand transport & handling for multiple shows.
Artwork will be subject to light handling from patrons who wish to turn over and view artist info.

Panels will each be kept & transported in their own 6x6x2" high box protected/secured with foam sheets.
Please repack as received: we require easy access in order to view contents.
Additional sheets of foam or bubble wrap may be laid on top for protection - but NO PEANUTS or other loose packing materials.

With each piece, artists are strongly encouraged to:
burn a CD/DVD (showing more of your work, resume, statement, etc.) + include a few extra business cards for handout.
